Availability & Inquiries
Soft Life Properties offers privately owned rental homes located in Kentucky. Availability varies, and submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or approval.

Payments
All rent payments, due dates, and accepted payment methods are disclosed in the lease agreement for each home.

Deposits & Refunds
Security deposits, deductions, and return timelines are governed by the lease agreement and applicable Kentucky law. Any holding deposits or administrative fees, if offered, will have refund terms disclosed prior to payment.

Cancellations
Any cancellation terms related to applications, holding deposits, or fees will be disclosed before payment is collected.
